Beach Club Fitness is one of the Jersey Shore's first outdoor group training studios.  Situated on one of the Asbury Park Boardwalk's beautiful ocean view green spaces, we are the ideal destination for summertime training.

 

Our Training System

Our unique training system is a perfect fusion of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Strength Training that is designed to build lean, functional, and athletic physiques. We offer new and exciting classes for every day of the week incorporating a wide range of exercises, movements, and training implements.  Dependent upon the class and objective, we will adjust the total number of exercises, circuits, and interval timing.  We can promise that you will never get bored, and you will always be challenged.

Our Tools

You won't find any machines on the grounds of Beach Club Fitness.  Instead, you will become very familiar with our wide range of functional tools - kettlebells, battle ropes, sand bags, plyo boxes, dip bars, resistance bands, prowlers, agility ladders, medicine balls, steel maces, balance boards and many more.  New tools will be introduced into our programming throughout the summer.  You will also get to experience the incredible power of bodyweight training.  Combining all these tools together we create a full body workout that will have you squatting, pushing, pulling, jumping, twisting, and running.

Together Everyone Achieves More.  Beach Club Fitness is all about team training and the power in numbers.  Our workouts are a social experience.  We feed off a collective group energy and motivate each other to realize our greatest potential.  We sweat side by side through the best of training days and the worst of training days.  The result is the achievement of our individual fitness goals together.
