Jake brings a lifetime of elite level training, competing, and coaching to his classes.  His classes are a perfect fusion of the most effective and scientifically proven training programs, combining elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Strength Training.  As a former standout NCAA Division 1 wrestler at Princeton University and an actively competing professional MMA fighter, Jake understands what it takes to achieve peak fitness levels.
