Beach Club Fitness seeks to create a perfect fusion of the most effective and scientifically proven training programs.  We combine elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Strength Training to provide our members with a comprehensive experience.  

Much like life, we believe that variety is the spice of an effective workout.  We provide a different workout for each day of the week, and we are constantly introducing new workouts and training implements in order to keep our members growing, learning, and having fun.

Although all of our classes combine a wide range of training methodologies, Tuesdays and Thursdays are often more strength based while our classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are a little more cardio based.  On the weekends all bets are off, the only guarantee is that we will work hard and have fun.  Below are brief descriptions of some of our classes. They are all uniquely challenging.
