Beach Club Fitness seeks to create a perfect fusion of the most effective and scientifically proven training programs. We combine elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Strength Training to provide our members with a comprehensive experience.
Much like life, we believe that variety is the spice of an effective workout. We provide a different workout for each day of the week, and we are constantly introducing new workouts and training implements in order to keep our members growing, learning, and having fun.
Although all of our classes combine a wide range of training methodologies, Tuesdays and Thursdays are often more strength based while our classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are a little more cardio based. On the weekends all bets are off, the only guarantee is that we will work hard and have fun. Below are brief descriptions of some of our classes. They are all uniquely challenging.

Michelangelo himself would be impressed by the bodies we sculpt with this intense resistance based circuit. We combine a wide range of functional movements and tools to blast every muscle in your body. The circuits are broken into upper body, lower body, and core with varying interval times over the course of the workout.
Start your own journey with this heroic workout that is sure to get your week started in the right direction. A grueling combination of bodyweight and resistance training using a wide range of tools. Tabata style circuits. We will take you deep into the abyss, but we promise you’ll return a hero.
Plain and simple, this workout will turn you into a machine. The focus here is on strength training. The pace is a little slower, the weight is a bit heavier, but the workout is just as hard. You will get strong, you will get tired, and you will definitely get sore.
Like a phoenix you will rise from the ashes of the weekend. This Monday special is a cardio monster and the perfect antidote to a weekend well spent. We start slow, and finish strong. Get your mind and body right for the week ahead.
Welcome to the Beach Club’s weekly party. Every Saturday, we detox before we retox. It’s guilt free and it is the perfect way to justify all the bad things you have planned for Saturday night. One of our most intense workouts.
Rediscover your primordial roots. We don’t use any added weights in this workout, just your body. A challenging combination of bodyweight exercises and animal movements. The perfect mid week workout. Low impact, but by no means low effort.
The number one rule about Friday Fight Club is…you’ll have to show up to find out. A combination of boxing, kickboxing, and cardio circuits. Get it all out before the weekend festivities begin.
Battle Royale brings out the competitive nature deep inside all of us. We team up, we keep score, we push each other to the limit, but most importantly we have fun.
Light your lungs on fire with this fusion of cardio and resistance training capped off with a full group burnout. You will definitely rely on the power in numbers to survive. Be ready to spew fire and take over a castle after crushing this workout.
